Both Hayley and Ray have been in the industry a long time working for other companies. They were not happy with the way some of these companies did business as in our opinion it was not always to the benefit of the client. They started Integral to change all that and be 100% customer focus. Integral has many clients who have benefited from our 4 stage process which allows our clients to make an informed commercial decision as to whether property investment is for them. If it is we go hand in hand with our clients from the start all the way to the completion of the new property and then beyond. Hayley has many years as an avid property investor, and is passionate around sharing her own personal success with all her customers. Having over 15 years’ experience in Property, Business and Finance, Hayley brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and has customers nationally around Australia. Hayley has a flair for educating her customers and is passionate on sharing her knowledge around tailored investment solutions. Hayley is there with you every step of the way, and thrives on helping customers reach their financial dreams.Outside of helping customers, Hayley loves gourmet cooking and sharing her favourite recipes sitting around a camp fire with family and friends.
Ray Decru
Ray has over 20 years’ experience in property investment and finance and has helped thousands of customers locally and around Australia realise their dreams. Ray takes great pride in tailoring the right investment strategy for each of his customers so they can achieve their financial goals. Ray has extensive knowledge and experience to share and thrives on providing an exceptional customer experience every time.Originally from Melbourne, Ray now lives with his wife in the wonderful area of Anstead, Queensland. He is an avid horse man and loves spending time nurturing the syndicate of horses he has and contributing to the ongoing growth of the racing industry.
Craig Bartlett
Craig has consulted on many property transactions over the years ranging from mum & dad investors right through to professional investors and company directors. Craig has gained invaluable knowledge over his 30 years in the property and finance industries. Craig has also held senior management positions but now wants to help ordinary Australians achieve the retirement they deserve. Craig is a long time resident of Sydney and has 2 adult children.
